Envelope Design
Proper design is critical when remedial work is needed. Inadequate or flawed designs result in a reduced useful life span of the building envelope component or system.
Maintenance
It’s important to examine the envelope assembly from the building interior as well as from the exterior. Roof inspectors should be trained to observe all phases of installation to ensure the materials comply with project documents.
Technology
Present new technologies on air/water barrier testing during construction that comply with commissioning requirements.
MEET YOUR BOTTOM LINE WITH BETTER-INFORMED DECISIONS
Our building envelope and roof consulting can save our clients time and money by identifying building problems sooner. We understand the intricacies associated with aligning components, materials, and system that will increase your building’s performance.
Our team routinely performs nondestructive testing using infrared, nuclear, and capacitance equipment as part of our diagnostic phase. A vital component of a project’s success also includes proper observance of all aspects of installation, making certain materials and procedures comply.
Utilizing state-of-the-art technologies, we can gather more data and analyses to develop a complete picture of our client’s projects and challenges. With our unmanned aerial vehicles or drones, we can safely access any building or large structure such as hospitals or stadiums. Using techniques like this allows our clients to make better-informed decisions to meet their bottom lines.
SUCCESSFUL ROOFING SYSTEMS AND BUILDING ENVELOPE BEGIN WITH PROPER DESIGN
We understand that a successful roofing system and building envelope begin with the proper design. Any flawed design can reduce the building’s lifespan. We take the time to thoroughly go over the details, reviewing all the documents to get the full picture of any project.
