Jessica Donley: CTL’s 2024 Employee of the Year

CTL proudly honors Jessica Donley as our 2024 Employee of the Year! With over two decades of dedication, innovation, and leadership, Jessica exemplifies the best of what CTL represents. Let’s get to know more about her journey, accomplishments, and contributions.

Background:

Jessica grew up in Vandalia, Ohio, and attended Vandalia-Butler High School. Her pursuit of higher education led her to Columbus, where she earned a BA in Communications from THE Ohio State University.

Jessica has been married for 16 years and is the proud mom of a 13-year-old daughter. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys staying active through workouts and cherishes quality time with family and friends.

CTL History:

Jessica’s path to CTL began with a chance encounter. While working part-time at Lazarus during her college years, she befriended a CTL employee. Shortly after graduation, Jessica’s friend reached out with a job opportunity, sparking a career that has spanned more than 23 years.

On April 9, 2001, Jessica started as a part-time Marketing Assistant. By October of the same year, she was promoted to Marketing Coordinator. Her expertise and dedication continued to propel her upward, becoming Marketing Manager in 2016 and earning the title of Associate in 2020. Since 2017, Jessica has served on the ESOP Admin Committee and, in 2024, she was named Corporate Secretary.

Overall Sentiments:

Reflecting on her journey, Jessica shared:

“Being part of CTL for over 23 years has been an incredible experience. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to our company’s growth, and it’s been an honor to grow alongside it. The support and encouragement I’ve received throughout my career have been invaluable, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has played a role in my development.

Over the years, I’ve built strong friendships and connections that feel like family, and that sense of community is what makes CTL so special. Thank you to the leadership, my colleagues, and everyone who has made this company feel like home. I am proud to be part of CTL’s journey and excited for what lies ahead.”
