CTL is pleased to announce the promotion of Norm Stout to Assistant Operations Manager at ICS. Norm has been an instrumental part of ICS’ growth and profitability over the past 5 years and has definitely earned this promotion. Norm is usually one of the first people in the office and one of the last to leave. He has shown great dedication to the organization and is always ready to jump in and do what is necessary to make ICS successful in all its endeavors. CTL is also pleased to announce the promotion of Shawn Marcum to Geotechnical Department Manager in our Indianapolis, Indiana branch. Shawn, a Purdue graduate has over 20 years of experience as a geotechnical engineer and has been with CTL since 2016. Shawn’s team consists of geotechnical engineers, drilling equipment and laboratory with up to 15 people. Congratulations to Shawn, Good Job!
