As we welcome the winter quarter 2025, and step into the new year, I am honored to write my first article in this newsletter as the newly appointed CEO of CTL Engineering. It is a privilege to lead this exceptional organization, and to work alongside our dedicated team to deliver the quality, innovative, and service you have come to expect.
Looking ahead, I am excited about the possibilities that 2025 holds. Whether it’s through the introduction of new services, enhanced collaborations, or innovative advancements, we aim to strengthen the value we bring to you and your business.

The New Leadership at CTL
Now, as we embark on 2025. it is time to raise the bar even higher. This year holds incredible potential for growth, innovation and impact.
Joe Warino who served as the Chief Growth Officer for CTL, will take over as the Chief Operations Officer. Ali Jamshidi will continue to serve as the Chief Financial Officer. Chiranjiv Zutshi will continue to serve as the Chief Information Officer. And Paul Mattox will take over as the Chief Growth Officer.
As CTL Engineering approaches its 100th anniversary in 2027. The new leadership Team is committed to continuing CTL’s growth while preserving the values that have defined the company for nearly a century. Their shared focus on people, stability, and diversification will guide the company into its next chapter.
Service Awards and Employee of the Year Recognition
CTL Corporate Christmas party held at the Boat House and was a platform to celebrate outstanding achievements and services within the company. Service awards for 2024 were distributed, recognizing individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment. Among the recipients, Jessica Donley, stood out as she was named the Employee of the Year, highlighting her exemplary contributions to the organization. Congrats Jessica!!
