A Letter From Hassan Zahran: Fall 2025

Dear Valued Clients of CTL Engineering and Employee-Owners

October was ESOP month. This is the time to celebrate what makes CTL special: Employee Ownership. We have seen firsthand how valuable our ESOP is in helping build long-term retirement security and a sense of shared success among our employee-owners.

Employee ownership is truly the new American Dream. It gives every professional the chance to own a piece of the company they help build, at no cost. Through our ESOP, every employee has a real opportunity to create a better future for themselves and their families.

What makes the ESOP so special is not just the details of how it works, but it represents a path to building wealth and security, no matter your role, seniority, or background.

To mark ESOP month, several leaders from CTL attended the National ESOP Conference in Las Vegas, joining more than 2300 other employee-owners from across the country. Also, we’re proud that our own Chief Information Officer, Chiranjiv Zutshi, led a session on Cybersecurity, sharing best practices on how companies can protect themselves from ransomware and other online threats.

ESOP Month is a great reminder of what makes CTL a special place to work. We are all in it together, building our future, one share at a time.
