Dear Valued Clients of CTL Engineering and Employee-Owners
As we step into 2026, it is time to raise the bar even higher. This year holds incredible potential for growth, innovation and continued success at CTL.
Looking ahead, I am excited about the opportunities that 2026 brings. Over the last few years, we have focused on strengthening our foundation and positioning ourselves for the future. As I often say, the best way to predict your future is to create it. To continue our mission, growth and success, we must ensure that we have the right people in the right seat on the bus. I truly believe we are doing just that, and I am confident that the road ahead is filled with promises.
Last year, we welcomed 70 outstanding full-time and 50 part-time team members across the company. These strategic hires bring fresh perspectives, exceptional talent, and deep expertise. Each of them joined us with a common goal: to build on our success, drive innovation, and continue delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Service Awards and Employee of the Year Recognition
As we celebrate the Holiday seasons every year, we held our Corporate Christmas party at the State House in downtown Columbus. During the event, we presented the 2025 service awards, recognizing individuals who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment to CTL.
Among the many deserving recipients, Chris Jaros stood out and was named the Employee of the Year, a well-earned recognition of his exemplary contributions to our organization.
As we celebrated service milestones and said goodbye to 2025, we also recognized Kevin Reichert’s extraordinary career. After nearly four decades with CTL, an incredible 39 years, or almost 14,235 days. Kevin Reichert, Principal of the Environmental Service Line, retired as of December 31,2025. Kevin’s leadership, expertise, and unwavering commitment to the company and his team have left a lasting legacy that will be remembered for years to come.
