Driving Ownership Forward: A Recap of CTL’S ESOP Roadshow

At CTL Engineering, ownership isn’t just a title – it’s a mindset.  Over the course of several weeks, Dawn Pressler and Jessica Donley traveled across state lines, caffeine-fueled and culture-driven, to visit each of our regional offices. Their mission? Bring employee-owners together, deepen understanding of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), and spark pride in what it means to be part of an employee-owned company.

The Roadshow wasn’t just about PowerPoints and policy. It was about connection and real conversations with teams in the field, casual learning environments, and a few fun surprises along the way.

One thing was clear from office to office: our ownership culture is alive and thriving. Whether in a branch of five or fifty, employees showed up not just to learn, but to lean in — to ask questions, share insights, and celebrate what we’ve built together.

We’re incredibly grateful to each of our branches for the warm welcomes and thoughtful discussions. As we continue to grow, we carry with us the strength of a team that’s fully bought in — because at CTL, we don’t just work here. We own it.
