WOW Points: Department and Branch Managers give WOW points to employees they feel deserve extra recognition. These employees go above and beyond their call of duty to provide excellent service to their clients and coworkers. Congratulations to the following WOW Point recipients:
Phillip Green for retrofitting a plant stand as a slump stand.
The Asbestos Abatement Crew, Matt Watson, Eric Cable, Matt McGue, Juaon Jennings, Robert Gross, OB Huff and Trent Stucky, on the Lafarge Holcim Project in Paulding, for outstanding performance on a highly safety-sensitive project.
Caleb Ash, for going above and beyond, as well as “having a great attitude and being a pleasure to work with”.
Douglas Parker for positive client feedback on the Main Street America Project and “being an excellent and reliable partner for me and the TCP communities”.
Dustin Knippen for positive client feedback and how he “made things happen and we were able to keep the scheduled work on time”.
Jason Fry for obtaining his Confined Space Certification to provide work on the 70/71 Split ODOT project.
Leigh Lane and Douglas Parker for their combined efforts on the Main Street America project and being “amazing partners who care about the communities where they work and deliver thoughtful, impactful and high quality work”.
Matthew Kairouz for his great work with the Cuyahoga County Correctional Facility.
Cody Craig for representing CTL at the annual Indianapolis Department of Public Works RPR Training Conference and delivering a fantastic presentation.
Toby Williams, Jason Pummel, Carson Stucky, and Thomas Buckvitch for getting work done at the Ford Engine Plant in 4 days instead of 10.
Richard Wehrle and Curtis Anderson for responding “quickly, thoroughly and urgently” to an emergency spill incident at Marysville High School. The client praised their promptness and professionalism.
