CTL Engineering is pleased to announce that Mr. Srinivas Koushik has agreed to join CTL’s Board of Directors as an Advisory Board Member as of January 30, 2026.
Bringing 35 years of experience driving innovation in AI, Cloud Computing, Financial Services, and Healthcare technology, Mr. Koushik currently serves as Founder and CEO of Right Brain Labs LLC. – An AI Fluency Company based in New Albany, OH. He has held roles as President AI, Technology & Sustainability at Rackspace Technology, Head of Strategy and CIO at Magellan Health, CIO at Nationwide Insurance, Managing Partner and Distinguished Engineer at IBM Consulting, and CEO of NTT i3, where he scaled a Silicon-Valley startup from 1 to 150+ employees and 50+ global customers in three years.
A 2023 CIO Hall of Fame inductee and 2022 ORBIE Global CIO of the Year, Mr. Koushik has led multiple Fortune 250 digital transformations and advised public-company boards on technology strategy. His expertise will guide CTL’s next phase of growth, innovation, and responsible AI adoption.
