Dear Valued Clients of CTL Engineering and Employee-Owners
As we move from the heat of summer into the crisp days of fall, I’m reminded of how much this season reflects our own journey as a company. The changing colors, the cooler air, and the leaves gently covering the ground all signal a time of transition, reflection, and preparation for what lies ahead. At CTL Engineering, we embrace these seasonal shifts as an opportunity to pause, appreciate our progress, and refocus on our goals.
On a personal note, I recently had the opportunity to scratch off a long-standing item on my bucket list: a golf trip to Scotland. Playing on some of the most prestigious courses in the world, including St. Andrews, Royal Troon, Carnoustie, Kingsbarns, and Dumbarnie, was both humbling and inspiring. Walking those historic fairways reminded me of the importance of tradition, excellence, and values that mirror the way we approach our work and our relationships with you.
I am also pleased to share that we have added a valuable new member to our CTL team: Jennifer Gates, who specializes in grant writing. Jennifer’s expertise will strengthen our ability to help clients pursue and secure funding opportunities that support their projects and communities. Her addition reflects our ongoing commitment to expanding our capabilities and delivering even greater value to those we serve.
Looking ahead, we are beginning to plan for a truly remarkable milestone: in 2027, CTL Engineering will celebrate its 100-year anniversary. Reaching a century in business is a rare achievement, and we do not take it lightly. The groundwork for this celebration has already begun, and as we move closer to 2027, we look forward to honoring our history, recognizing the contributions of our employee-owners, and expressing our deep gratitude to you, our clients, who have trusted us over the decades.
