A letter from our President CK Satyapriya for Winter 2022.  Each quarter the President & CEO of CTL Engineering addresses our clients and employee-owners.

Dear Client and Employee Owners:

Happy New Year! This year has started similar to last year, with COVID surging again and all the attendant issues of overcrowding of health care facilities, etc. Thankfully there are signs of the virus abating. I fervently hope that we can come together to care for each other and all other beings in this world of ours.

CTL had another successful year due to the diligence of our employee-owners providing excellent services that our clients have experienced over the years. As a result, you, our Clients, have bestowed us with your trust, indicated by our increased backlog as of December 2021. We commit to endeavor to meet your needs and help you succeed.

Similar to many, we have many retirements. As a result, we are undergoing a change in our organization. To be prepared for this change, we are updating CTL’s Strategic Plan in the first quarter of 2022. We have engaged an external agency to seek your feedback and appreciate your participation.

This newsletter will describe some of the unique services/projects we have accomplished among the variety of services we provide. At the end of each year, we recognize the accomplishments of our employee-owners. The recipients of these awards are listed. If you do see them or know them, please congratulate them.

We, like many organizations, continue to seek good individuals to join our team. This need has increased due to the retirements that I noted before. We would appreciate your referrals, including rookies to retirees. We will continue to diversify our workforce.
