You Spoke, We Listened
A few months ago, CTL’s leadership embarked on a strategic planning initiative as a continuing effort to stay abreast of the changes and opportunities in our industry. The multiple-phase approach included surveying our employee-owners to recognize their needs and wishes and surveying our clients to understand how we can better serve them. We thank every employee-owner and every client who participated in this process.
Once this information was collected, CTL’s leadership gathered to start laying the foundation to make meaningful changes for CTL’s future and our employee-owners. Discussions focused particularly on Business Continuity, Communication, Culture, Training and Employee Development, and Leadership with the overarching vision, To build and sustain a progressive company driven by passionate employee-owners and set standards and benchmarks for global engineering and consulting services.
