A letter from our President CK Satyapriya for Fall 2021. Each quarter the President & CEO of CTL Engineering addresses our clients and employee-owners.
Dear Client and Employee Owners:
The weather has turned crisp, and the colors of Flora are very pleasing to the eye. There are signs of the pandemic ebbing. Hopefully, all of you are safe and protected against this fickle and opportunistic virus. Personally, with three physicians in the household and grandchildren below the age of 12, thus unvaccinated, our family is concerned and is taking precautions to protect ourselves and our near and dear ones. In my opinion, each one of us has a responsibility to care for the community/society, sometimes at the expense of personal discomfort. As the adage states, together, we succeed.
I am sure many of you know, CTL established an ESOP more than 30 years back. As a result, we are proud of the ownership culture. CTL is also committed to giving back to the community in which we thrived. October is ESOP month, and during community appreciation week, our employee-owners contribute to local food banks. It’s one of the several charitable activities our employee-owners do throughout the year. CTL will continue to encourage our employee-owners to help those in need.
CTL continues to adapt and change by adding new services and employees to serve the needs of our clients. New services we have added include Geotechnical Instrumentation for infrastructure projects and Asset Management for transportation and facilities. If you have a need that you do not know who can handle, please get in touch with us, and we may be able to help or suggest someone.
I am sure all of you are looking forward to the coming holiday season. Be safe and healthy.
