A Letter From CK Satyapriya: Spring 2022

A letter from our President CK Satyapriya for Spring 2022.  Each quarter the President & CEO of CTL Engineering addresses our clients and employee-owners.

Dear Client and Employee Owners:

Spring is here! And when the weather changes, it not only brings new growth, more daylight time, and warmer weather, but it also brings smiles and an improved outlook; as they say, hope springs eternal. We at CTL Engineering are looking forward to continued growth after completing another successful year in 2021. We thank the retirees and wish them good health as we welcome new employees into our growing company.

In 2022, we have begun a strategic planning initiative as a continuing effort to stay abreast of the changes and opportunities. The first phase of this process was to listen to our employee-owners and recognize their needs and wishes. The second was to survey our clients to understand how we can serve them better. The third was to review this data and determine the next steps. We will continue to follow this plan “To build and sustain a progressive company driven by passionate employee-owners and set standards and benchmarks for global engineering and consulting services.”

I am happy to announce that the outlook for our company in 2023 and beyond looks very promising. Due to the efforts of our excellent employee-owners, we have been awarded significant projects, including the Ford Plant in Kentucky and the I-70/71 split in Columbus, Ohio, among others. To ensure we will provide the excellent service we are recognized for, we have added to our staff and continue to seek new employees.

This issue of the newsletter introduces you to another Homegrown employee and highlights pre-construction services that we have been known for since the 1970s. To continue to be one of the leading consultants, we have invested in new technology, procedures, and processes and, most importantly, provided necessary training for our employee-owners.

I look forward to hearing from you.

At your Service,

C.K. Satyapriya, P.E., D. GE, F. ASCE
