A letter from our President CK Satyapriya for Winter 2023.  Each quarter the President & CEO of CTL Engineering addresses our clients and employee-owners.

Dear Client and Employee-owner:

I want to thank our clients for your patronage and fellow employee-owners for your help in the continued success of CTL. The success of CTL has been the culture of hiring and retaining staff with diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, nationalities, and abilities. This diversity helps us expeditiously respond to our client’s needs with innovative solutions.

As an ESOP, all employees, irrespective of their position or job duties, are beneficiaries of ownership. This has helped us engender the ownership culture of our employees, allowing them to take ownership to accomplish the goals of their projects.

An internal employee survey expressed a sense of belonging. The company strives to improve employee work-life balance as well as benefits. Many retirees have expressed extreme satisfaction with their vested ESOP values that helps them enjoy the fruits of their labor.

In summation, the culture of CTL can be stated in three words – Diversity, Ownership, and Belonging.
