A Letter From Hassan Zahran: Spring 2025
Dear Valued Clients of CTL Engineering and Employee-Owners
As we welcome the spring season, a time of renewal and growth, I am filled with pride and gratitude for all we’re building together as a family at CTL. Developing a strong family-oriented culture remains one of my top priorities. As Employee-Owners, our shared commitment to fostering a healthy and supportive workplace is what makes CTL a beacon for thriving talent.
Over the last few years, we’ve been focused on strengthening our foundation and positioning ourselves for the future. Since the beginning of this year alone, we have welcomed 50 outstanding new team members across the company. These strategic hires bring fresh perspectives, exceptional talent and deep expertise that will help propel CTL forward. Each of them joins us with a common goal: to build on our success, drive innovation and continue delivering the high-quality services that we have come to know CTL for.
As I’ve often said, success comes down to putting the right people in the right seats on the bus. I believe we are doing just that, and I am confident the road ahead is full of promise.
CTL University: Project Management Training
As part of the strategic plan initiatives, we are excited to launch the CTL Project Management Training Program through CTL University. This tailored training is designed to empower our project Managers by enhancing their leadership and technical skillsets. It will focus specifically on CTL’s internal processes, procedures, and industry best practices, helping us stay productive, efficient, and client-focused across all our work.
Together, we’re laying the groundwork for a bold and sustainable future. To our clients, thank you for your trust and partnership. To our CTL family- both new and longtime members, thank you for your dedication and belief in what we do.
Here is to a season of growth, opportunity, and continued success.
Best regards,
Hassan Zahran
