A Letter From CK Satyapriya: Fall 2017

A letter from our President CK Satyapriya for Fall 2017.  Each quarter the President & CEO of CTL Engineering addresses our clients and employee-owners.

Dear Valued Client,

It is the start of a Holiday Season and hopefully you all have had a good year thus far.  Please accept our greetings to you and your family.  We at CTL wish you have a safe and happy ending to 2017 and a great start to 2018.  I really cannot believe that 2017 is nearing its end.  We thank you for your patronage and hope that we have met your expectation.  We would very much appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you in the future.

We are adding to our staff as we bid goodbye to many of our retiring employee-owners.  We wish them well in their new stage of life.  We are excited to learn and collaborate with our new and enthusiastic staff as we continue to grow.

We are proud to announce our new offices in Virginia (an acquisition) and in Akron, OH. We will continue to grow to meet your needs, in locations and services we provide.

There is an old adage, “Time and tide waits for no man”.  Things change, and the rate of that change has been accelerating, which in my opinion is a good thing.  We, at CTL, take pride in our ability to adapt to the changing world.

CTL has added to our capabilities with the use of Drone technology (UAV) to do a variety of things. We are using Drones to perform Infra-red Thermography of roofs and buildings, topographic surveys and quantity surveys, building condition assessment, particularly high rise buildings, condition assessment of bridges and other structures, photography and video records of the progress of construction sites, and other uses as well. This is one way that we are adapting to new and available technology.

Wishing you all Happy Holidays.

C.K. Satyapriya, P.E., D. GE, F. ASCE

President & CEO
