A letter from our President CK Satyapriya for Spring 2017. Each quarter the President & CEO of CTL Engineering addresses our clients and employee-owners.
Dear Valued Client,
This April, CTL is celebrating our 90th Anniversary; proudly serving clients since 1927. CTL became an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company in 1990 and we celebrated 25 years of employee-ownership in 2015. We have expanded over the years to 10 offices in the US, with our newest location in Akron, Ohio, and two offices in India providing a wide range of services. In fact, our Akron office is already the recipient of two significant multi-year contracts.
But our expansion doesn’t stop there. CTL has also added to our portfolio of services. We now offer Construction Administration and Inspection services in the transportation and utility markets. We are working for a number of Cities, Counties and States.
We are client focused and so we listen to and understand needs. As employee-owners, it’s important to us to gain your trust and loyalty. We are proud of the many relationships we have built over the years and we appreciate the opportunity to be of service.
CTL is growing both in number of clients and number of employees. As a result, we have added over 20 new staff members throughout our offices and are still growing. CTL offers our employees a generous referral program when a new team member joins.
In conclusion, the Laws of Rhythm is one of the Hermetic Universal Laws stating to moderate pride to a level of modesty. In that vein, we want to be humble and promise that in all of our interactions, we will uphold the highest quality and level of integrity.
