A Letter From CK Satyapriya: Summer 2017

A letter from our President CK Satyapriya for Summer 2017.  Each quarter the President & CEO of CTL Engineering addresses our clients and employee-owners.

Dear Valued Client,

Jim Collins, the Author states, “The kind of commitment I find among the best performers across virtually every field is a single-minded passion for what they do, an unwavering desire for excellence in the way they think and the way they work. Genuine confidence is what launches you out of bed in the morning, and through your day with a spring in your step.”

Sam Walton stated, “I think I overcame every single one of my personal shortcomings by the sheer passion I brought to my work. I don’t know if you’re born with this kind of passion, or if you can learn it. But I do know you need it.”

Why do I lead this President’s letter with two similar quotes from very successful people?  At CTL, we are staffed by employees that have a passion to help our Clients to be successful. Our staff is made up of experts in various fields who have learned from their education and experience to solve problems.  They possess a keen sense of what works and what doesn’t. Application of this expertise, combined with an ownership culture is what brings peace of mind to our clients.

Our employee-owners are passionate about embracing the most advanced technology and design methodology. Within this newsletter you will find examples of how CTL is using new technologies to help acquire field data of existing conditions.  Thus CTL bringing value to our Clients.

In addition, our CTL employee-owners are passionate about serving our communities.  Our employees participate in local non-profit or service organizations. One example is our CFO, Mr. Ali Jamshidi, who has been fund raising for The American Heart Association for more than 15 years.
