A letter from our President CK Satyapriya for Winter 2018.  Each quarter the President & CEO of CTL Engineering addresses our clients and employee-owners.

Dear Valued Client,

Happy New Year!   We wish you a successful 2018.  Our intention is to be a contributing part of your team and to continue helping you meet your needs.  Thank you for your continued trust in CTL.

A favorite book that I always come back to and recommend to others is, “Who Moved My Cheese”.  It advises us to stay alert and pay attention to change.  In business, this applies to the economy as well as the overall industry climate.  When things are going well, our biggest obstacle is complacency.  Therefore, we continue to reach out to you and ask, “Did we meet your expectations?”

Our Mission Statement is Client, Teamwork and Listening.  As Ken Mills wrote, “God gave us one mouth and two ears for a purpose, to listen more than talk.”  We want to listen to you.  We appreciate your honest opinion on what went well and where we can improve, and how we can best benefit you by being part of your team.  We are an employee-owned company.  At CTL, we focus on improving our listening skills as part of the livelihood of every employee-owner.
