Congratulation’s to CTL’s Pat Gallagher!
Pat Gallagher, P.E. CPGS, has been named the 2016 ASHE Man of the Year by the North Central WV Chapter of the American Society of Highway Engineers.
Pat has been with CTL for 36 years and is President of CTL Engineering of WV, Inc. Pat’s response to receiving this award, “It is a great honor and I am truly humbled”!
He will be honored at the annual Man of the Year Awards Dinner & Roast in March. Congratulations, Pat!
