We control documentation and project records using both external and proprietary construction management software to electronically track, store, and approve the documents throughout the construction contract. Timely processing of submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and cut sheets are vital to keep pace and effectively administer a construction project. Our field engineers, inspectors, and engineering technicians utilize laptops/notebooks and will be able to provide project documentation in a completely paperless environment. We also can create an FTP website which can be used as a virtual file cabinet for project documentation and that can be accessible to stakeholders.
