We are excited to announce a new CTL Engineering, Inc. branch office in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, effective March 2019.
New Location
With CTL now expanding into a new geographic area, we will be able to provide services including, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction inspection and testing, and surveying in western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. “With the addition of experienced staff, we will add to our capability in the services in which we excel,” CTL Engineering CK Satyapriya, President & CEO, said.
MEET THE Team
Nathan Huggins, Branch Manager, has over 18 years in planning, design, client relations, and management of civil and architectural engineering projects. Nathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from the Fairmont State University. His areas of expertise include oil and gas site design (upstream and midstream), commercial and residential site design, access road design, county road upgrades, abandoned mine land design, hydrology, and project management. Larry Straight, P.S., a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, has over 40 years of technical and supervisory experience in multiple areas of consulting engineering, surveying, and mapping services. He has supervised projects in the US and abroad and has served public and private entities including multi-state DOT, Corp of Engineers, USGS, FAA, utilities, and local municipalities. Larry served as the Geodetic Committee Chairman of the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors and helped introduce into legislation the adoption of the NAD 1983 horizontal datum for Pennsylvania. He authored the paper, “Detecting Underground, Buried Hazardous Waste” which he published and presented at an ACSM conference. Send Larry an email
