CTL Welcomes David Rowland
CTL Engineering, Inc. (CTL) is excited to announce the addition of David Rowland to its team.
As a Project Manager in our Construction Testing and Inspection Department, David will be instrumental in growing the construction services division of CTL’s Cincinnati branch.
David has 25+ years in the industry. He has worked previously as a Project Manager and Branch Manager, and served in the US Army. David is the current president for The American Society of Professional Estimators Cincinnati Chapter 38.
