GOOD THINGS FROM CTL! ACCOLADES AND WOW POINTS FOR SPRING 2019

Accolades

Congratulations:

Denise Woodward has passed her exam and is now officially certified as an FAA licensed drone pilot.

Ali Jamshidi, VP of Finance & CFO has been elected Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of The ESOP Association by the Board of Governors of The ESOP Association.

Kevin Calahan has accepted the new role of Estimations Representative in our ICS Design Department.

Zachary Panzeca, Justin Casey, Douglas Sberna, and Megan Harris passed the NETTCP Soil and Aggregate Inspector Certification.

WOW Points: Department Managers and Branch Managers give WOW points to employees who they feel deserves extra recognition. These employees go above and beyond their call of duty to provide excellent service to their clients and coworkers. Congratulations to the following WOW Point recipients:

Bryan Kidder, for comments received from a new client, “It has been a pleasure working with Bryan and we appreciate all of his hard work.”  Bryan’s effort with the client is helping position ICS as their sole provider!

Loretta Covert, Jessie Hawkins, and Donna Jackson, for handling multiple responsibilities. Loretta and Jessie have been extremely responsive to approve new clients and preparing ODOT format invoices.  Donna was also very responsive and instrumental in getting advance payments from new clients.

Denise Woodward, for taking a huge amount of information and rough draft layouts and creating a TAM document that was used in a presentation in Washington, D.C. to Senator Sherrod Brown, who was very impressed with the summary.

Fred Schoen, for feedback from City of Marysville on our client survey, “I appreciate the quick response I received on this project”.

Jerrell Dorsey and Kamal Chinary, for comments received from City of Columbus, “Just wanted to reiterate that you are doing a fantastic job with the daily reports.  The detailed summaries, thoroughness of photo documentation, and timeliness in approving make it much easier for me to keep tabs on the project.  Keep it up!”

Doug Batt, for comments received from a client that Doug is great with follow up and everything is on point with the project. Doug has frankly pushed me along with coordination. It is appreciated.

Marshall Davidson, for taking the initiative to walk the grounds in the front of the building to make sure that our company’s storefront was neat and well presented!  Great job Marshall!

Tom Miller and Eric Abbington, for a call from a client who commented on the great job they have done on a project, saying they were both “very easy to work with, have helped him out tremendously, and made the project a lot easier on him”.

Robert Voss, for his participation in CTL’s exhibit at the COSI/Dublin City Schools Science Festival. Robert had large audiences of children and adults while performing different chemistry experiments. He was very enthusiastic, professional and polite….and entertaining to everyone. He even gave a special demonstration to Dr. Todd Hoadley, Superintendent for Dublin City Schools. Thank you for your help, knowledge, and enthusiasm!

Mikel Coulter, for a client survey response, “Mikel Coulter has been a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been very collaborative with the entire project team. I would definitely work with him again and recommend him to others.”

Marie Musial, Zachary Panzeca, Justin Casey, Douglas Sberna, and Megan Harris, for putting forth attention to detail in preparing and passing the NETTCP Soil and Aggregate Inspector exam and Marie for going above and beyond to ensure the staff was prepared.
