WOW Points: Department Managers and Branch Managers give WOW points to employees who they feel deserves extra recognition. These employees go above and beyond their call of duty to provide excellent service to their clients and coworkers. Congratulations to the following WOW Point recipients:

Roshan Balakrishnan for taking the initiative to come on a Sunday to work on it along with Kanagarasu from Secure to make sure the Firewall was fixed before work resumed on Monday.

Angela McConnell, Brad Keller, Chris Rittenhouse, Mark Winterstein, and Matt McClelland for receiving a 97.2% rating from a very important client.

Donovan Smith, Clint Radcliffe, and Dan Westphal for their hard work in completing a time-sensitive and difficult drilling project for ODOT.

Terry Muhlenkamp, Billy Smith, and Susan Paul for going above and beyond to protect our company assets after a storm damaged a section of the Wapakoneta office’s roof.
