WOW Points: Department and Branch Managers give WOW points to employees they feel deserve extra recognition. These employees go above and beyond their call of duty to provide excellent service to their clients and coworkers. Congratulations to the following WOW Point recipients:
Brian White, Nick Piazza and Melissa Silvers for all their hard work putting together a half-day training for our Northeast Ohio staff to become more proficient with nuclear density gauges for testing both soil and asphalt compaction. They created a great Powerpoint presentation and did an excellent job presenting and answering all the questions from the attendees. Well done!
Dawn Pressler for being named the Ohio/Kentucky Chapter Employee Owner of the Year by The ESOP Association. Please join us in congratulating Dawn on this well-deserved honor!

Jennifer Gates for successfully securing the grant management task for the Quarter Branch Road Watermain Replacement project with the Town of Lovettsville. Winning this work reflects Jennifer’s initiative, dedication, and strategic outreach, and it represents an important step in expanding our services beyond traditional engineering into grant administration and funding compliance support.
Ben Vogel and Travis Petty for the hard work and dedication they put into the nighttime interstate pavement coring project. Thanks Ben and Travis for your hardwork and persistence.
Chris Lancaster for his instrumental help in using Bluebeam to layout and visualize the spaces for the New Albany Laboratory renovation. Thanks Chris and keep up the good work!
Chris Salter for going above and beyond to ensure a last-minute deliverable was completed on time. Chris demonstrated unwavering commitment to the project and worked until 3:30am to ensure it was completed.
