Jay Thorne Joins CTL Engineering

CTL Engineering, Inc. is excited to announce the addition of Jay Thorne, P.E. to its team.

In his role as Construction Services Department Manager for CTL’s Indiana operations, Jay will be managing Construction Administration/Construction Inspection services on State and Local transportation, aviation, and utility infrastructure projects. He will be instrumental in increasing CTL’s Construction Services throughout the state of Indiana, as well as developing other markets.

Jay’s extensive background includes over 24 years of experience in the private and public sectors. His background includes construction management and oversight, business development, program management, staff development, dispute resolution, utilities coordination, negotiations with regulatory agencies, and outreach and educational activities.

Jay earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Indiana.  Jay resides in Greenwood, IN, with his wife, Venus and their two daughters, Maggie and Sydney.
