CTL is celebrating our 90th anniversary this April, 2017. We would like to extend our thanks to you for your trust in CTL to provide services on your projects. Together we have grown over many years of service and partnership. You, our repeat Clients, are the life blood of CTL’s continued success. We experienced a strong 2016 and are approaching 2017 with optimism as we follow our mission and focus on Client needs. We will continue to partner with you and employ our many resources to lead in innovation, technology, and new services.
We continue to adapt new technology, such as geophysical testing to better assess subsurface conditions, use of tablets by all field personnel, drone and infra-red thermography. Staying on the leading edge helps CTL respond quickly reducing costs and time on your projects.
CTL has established a committee called Program of Innovation for Excellence (P.I.E), encouraging innovation in our employees in new ideas, leadership, and intrapreneurship. As you know CTL is an employee-owned company. The team members who work on your projects are employee-owners, therefore they have a vested interest to work their best for you.
We are proud that for the 25th year in a row we have been profitable due to the diligent efforts of all our employee-owners and we are looking for great people to join our team. Some open positions are for a Mechanical Engineer, Roof Consultant/ Architect, Geotechnical Engineers, Drillers and Inspectors in many offices.
