Why This Matters for West Virginia
CTL’s expansion brings more than technical capabilities—it brings a localized approach grounded in community values. As Wriston emphasizes:
“The team is comprised of West Virginians. We live here, we work here, we play here, we raise our families here. We speak the same language. We share values.”
This regional presence ensures CTL’s services are responsive, efficient, and infused with an understanding of what West Virginians need most. From rural bridge improvements to complex interchange planning, the firm’s transportation design solutions are built to last—and built for the people who call West Virginia home.
With design, environmental, and infrastructure services now integrated across the state, CTL is dedicated to shape the future of mobility in West Virginia—ensuring that every mile built is a step toward stronger, safer, and more connected communities.
