Marc Montgomery: Principal for Construction Services
Marc is a great asset to CTL. He is trusted and respected by his peers. He thinks-outside-the box and always looks for reasons how things could be done instead of finding reasons not to be done. His leadership skills are exceptional. we are thrilled and looking forward to working with Marc as the Principal of the Construction Service Line for Ohio.
Marc joined the company about 35 years ago as an intern in the Building and Envelope Department and moved to Construction Services as a technician, where he worked while getting his Bachelor of Science degree at The Ohio State University.
Sastry Malladi: Regional Geotechnical Service Line Manager for Northern and Central Ohio
Sastry knows how to motivate his staff, and he is not afraid to take on new challenges. He cares about his staff and treats them with respect, and always promotes a positive work environment. He is a driven employee and knows how to initiate actions vs. reactions. I am excited to work along with Sastry as the Regional Service Line Manager for the geotechnical group in Columbus, Cleveland, and Wapakoneta.
Sastry (aka Venkata Malladi) started about 15 years ago as a Staff Engineer in Geotechnical Engineering in Columbus, Ohio, after completing his Master of Science degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Akron.
Dan Westphal – Drilling Services Manager and Fleet Management
We are happy to announce that Dan Westphal will be the Drilling Service Manager for CTL. Dan will oversee all drilling operations for Indianapolis, IN, Morgantown, WV, and Shelbyville, KY operations. In addition, Dan will be overseeing the Fleet Management for the company.
Dan has over 20 years of experience with CTL as the drilling manager and the construction services manager for CTL’s Indianapolis, IN office. Dan has been a member of the ESOP Administrative Committee and is very attentive to employee needs to ensure employee engagement.
Anthony Mason – Senior Geotechnical Engineer
We are happy to announce that Anthony Mason, PE, has been promoted to Senior Geotechnical Engineer for the CTL. Anthony has 12 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and is a graduate of the University of Louisville. Anthony possesses a master’s degree and has worked on a variety of projects and clients during his tenure with CTL.
