Over the past month, CTL’s CEO, CK Satyapriya and Fun Czars, Jessica Donley and Dawn Pressler, embarked on an educational journey to deepen our employee-owners understanding of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that lies at the core of our company’s ethos and what it means to be the National ESOP Company of the Year.

Our ESOP education tour was a truly enlightening experience. It reminded us that each office plays a crucial role in our overall success, contributing its unique strengths to our collective mission.
