The project consisted of the installation of nearly 2000 linear feet of sanitary sewer line ranging from 8 to 18 inches in diameter. The project also included the installation of 2000 linear feet of 8 inch diameter water line. All of these lines were located in existing roadways. The project included renovating or demolishing old buildings, construction of new buildings, design and construction of new roads and parking areas and maintaining/creating green space.
Services for this project involved most of the initial elements of development, such as the preliminary and final surveying and mapping for the area. Other services provided included geotechnical investigations, civil site planning and design, coordination and planning with the WV Department of Transportation-Division of Highways.

The core cuts revealed dry conditions which indicated the insulation system was not tapered for roof drainage. Due to visible signs of water ponding after heavy rains, CTL determined that slope needed to be added into the new roof assembly for drainage.
CTL found that roof sections were experiencing fatigue and a compromised watertight integrity. Leak areas were observed primarily at gutter edges.
This project was complex due to the multiple roof system types involved and the special detailing required to accommodate the roof system interfaces.
