Ryan Ohly – Ohio Regional Service Line Manager – Construction Administration/ Inspection

CTL Engineering, Inc. is excited to announce that Ryan Ohly has joined our team.

As Regional Service Line Manager, Ryan will manage Ohio’s construction administration/inspection services for state and local transportation, aviation, and utility infrastructure projects. He will be instrumental in increasing CTL’s Construction Services throughout Ohio and developing other markets.

Ryan formerly served as the City Engineer for the City of New Albany, where he managed the capital improvement program and engineering services, significantly enhancing the city’s infrastructure.  His leadership in these initiatives, coupled with 11 years of prior construction management experience in the private sector, positions him as an ideal leader for CTL’s construction administration and inspection services throughout Ohio.

Ryan earned his BS in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
